Terms of Service:
Service Agreement for All Source Advertising, LLC.
Effective Date: 10-30-25
By purchasing and using services provided by All Source Advertising, LLC (“the Company”) through its platform http://businesspagemanager.com (“the Website” or “the Service”), you (“the Customer”) agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Service Agreement. This Agreement forms a legally binding contract between you and All Source Advertising, LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
1. Marketing and Services:
1.1 Prepaid Services: All marketing, listing management, and related services must be paid for in advance. Payments are non-refundable once services have been delivered. By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have knowingly ordered these services.
1.2 Delivery of Service: The Website does not guarantee rankings, placement, or performance on platforms such as Google Business Profile (GBP), Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram, or other listing platforms. Only the agreed-upon service will be delivered as ordered.
1.3 Results Not Guaranteed: You agree that results and outcomes are not promised, and a rate of return is not required or guaranteed. Results will vary.
1.4 False Fraud Claims: If services are knowingly ordered and later disputed as fraudulent with your financial institution, this Agreement may be used as evidence. You indemnify the Website and its affiliates against any loss or legal expense from such claims.
1.5 Use of Business Name and Logo: By agreeing to this Service Agreement, you grant the Website and All Source Advertising permission to use your business name and logo in its advertisements. This includes, but is not limited to, displaying your business name and/or logo on BusinessPageManager.com homepage, any other pages of the Website, social media platforms, print advertisements, email blasts, and any All Source Advertising websites or advertising platforms and tools.
1.6 Service Awareness: You acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood the nature of the services provided by the Website before making a purchase. By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you are making an informed decision to engage with the Website’s services.
1.7 Map Ranking Report: The Company will email the Customer a Map Ranking Report approximately every 3 to 4 months at no additional charge to the Customer, as long as the Customer is subscribed and paying for services with Business Page Manager.
2. Billing Cycle and Account Setup and Management:
2.1 Recurring Billing: By agreeing to this Service Agreement, you agree to recurring billing for services provided on a 21-day cycle. The payment will reflect on your bank or credit card statement for each recurring billing period. Payments will continue automatically unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy.
2.2 21-Day Cycle: Billing operates on a 21-day cycle. You are responsible for ensuring timely payment within this period to avoid service interruptions. Late or missed payments may result in the suspension or termination of your services.
2.3 Refunds: Refunds are only available if you notify the Website through the contact form at http://businesspagemanager.com/contact or in writing at [email protected] before services are rendered. Refunds will not be issued for services already delivered.
2.4 Cancellation Policy: To stop being billed for the next cycle, you must contact us through the contact form at http://businesspagemanager.com/contact or via email at [email protected] before the start of the next 21-day cycle. Failure to provide timely notice will result in continued billing.
2.5 Custom Billing: Accounts may have unique billing arrangements for customized accounts, add-ons, or specific situations. By agreeing to this Agreement, you acknowledge and accept that custom billing terms may apply if mutually agreed upon.
2.6 Account Setup and Management: Once Customer subscribes to a plan the initial account setup will be done by All Source Advertising in 10 to 15 business days. It is the responsibility of the Customer to provide any information needed by The Company to complete the setup, in a timely manner to ensure there are no delays in setting up their new account. To assist The Company with setting up the Customer's account, the Customer must email The Company the following information about their business: Business Legal Name, Business Main Address, Business Main Phone Number, Business Contact Email Address, the Names, Phone Numbers, and Emails of any Business Owners and/or Managers who will be responsible for their Google Maps, Google Business Profile, Business Websites, Business Social Media Accounts, and assisting with their account with All Source Advertising. The Customer can email this information to Business Page Manager/All Source Advertising, LLC. by email The Company at this email address: [email protected]. At any time while subscribed to Business Page Manager services, the Customer can email The Company to notify All Source Advertising of any changes to their account, including adding or removing any person at their business who is responsible for helping manage their account with All Source Advertising. To notify All Source Advertising of any changes to their account the Customer can email The Company at this email address: [email protected].
2.7 Account Setup Fee: Upon subscribing to a plan each new account is charged a one-time account setup fee of $99.00 that will reflect on their first subscription payment. For Example if a customer chooses the Business Builder Plan subscription amount of $399.00 rebilling every 21 days, on the first payment for the subscription plan customer will pay $399.00 plus the one-time account setup fee of $99.00 which would total $498.00 for the first payment. Then each subscription payment after would be the agreed upon plan price of $399.00.
3. Liabilities and Limitations:
3.1 Service Provider: The Website acts solely as a service provider and is not liable for any content posted, including guest posts, third-party posts, AI-generated content, contractor work, or advertisements.
3.2 Third-Party Tools and Software: The Website utilizes third-party tools, software, and artificial intelligence (AI) systems to deliver services. While these tools perform critical functions, the Website does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or performance of third-party systems.
3.3 Customer Acknowledgement: By using the Website’s services, you acknowledge that third-party systems, including AI tools, may be employed to create, edit, or optimize content. These systems are provided “as is,” and the Website is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inconsistencies resulting from their use.
3.4 Indemnity for Third-Party Claims: You agree to indemnify and hold the Website and All Source Advertising, LLC., harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of third-party systems in providing services. This includes, but is not limited to, AI-generated content or recommendations made by these tools.
3.5 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website, All Source Advertising, and its employees, partners, contractors, agents, and AI providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
3.6 Cap on Liability: The total liability of the Website for any claim related to this Agreement is limited to the amount you have paid for services in the one-cycle period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
3.7 Legal Protections: You agree to indemnify the Website, All Source Advertising, LLC., including its employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates, for all attorney fees, court costs, fines, penalties, or any other legal expenses arising from disputes related to this Agreement. The Company is not a lawyer and does not provide legal advice to any Customer. It is the sole responsibility of each client to understand and know any State, Federal, or Local Laws or Restrictions when it comes to their business advertising. For example if any business, doctor’s office, or smoke shop is required by law to put a disclaimer in their ad, when they advertise, or post content online or avoid using certain words or phrases in their advertisements, it is the sole responsibility for the Customer to inform The Company of any disclaimers they want added to their marketing ads or post, or any words, pictures, or phrases they want The Company to remove or not use. Customers should consult a Business Lawyer for advice on any disclaimers they need to add to their marketing materials, words or phrases they cannot use, or product or logo limitations or restrictions. If Customer fails to inform The Company of any marketing restrictions for their business and at a later date it is determined The Company is unable to provide services to the Customer due to marketing restrictions, the company will discontinue all future services for the customer and no refund will be issued for any previous work already done by The Company.
3.8 Third-Party Accounts: The Website does not manage, fix, or engage in the mediation of issues related to Google, Facebook, Instagram, servers, vendors, or any third-party service/platform suspensions, cancellations, account standings, or other issues. The Website and All Source Advertising, LLC., shall not be held liable for any loss of accounts. The Website does not create accounts for you. You must have an active account in good standing to receive services. You are responsible for successfully adding the Website as a full administrator and connecting the necessary systems; otherwise, services cannot be delivered. You are responsible to verify your Google Business Profile account, which may require completing a verification process such as taking a video or providing other forms of proof directly to Google. This verification is solely your responsibility, as the Website does not and cannot perform verification on your behalf. If your account becomes suspended or remains unverified, you are still bound by this Agreement and remain liable for payment for services. The Website does not manage, fix, or engage in the mediation of issues related to Google, Facebook, Instagram, servers, vendors, or any third-party service/platform suspensions, cancellations, account standings, or other issues. The Website shall not be held liable for any loss of accounts. The Website does not create accounts for you. You must have an active account in good standing to receive services. You are responsible for successfully adding the Website as a full administrator and connecting the necessary systems; otherwise, services cannot be delivered.
3.9 Termination Rights: The Website reserves the right to terminate your services without notice if you breach this Agreement, violate applicable laws, or engage in behavior deemed harmful to the Website or its affiliates. Refunds will not be issued for terminated accounts.
3.10 Disclaimer for Representations: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Website. Any prior verbal or implied representations not included in this document are considered null and void.
3.11 Data Usage: You agree that the Website may use your provided information solely for delivering services, improving operations, and complying with applicable laws. Your information will not be sold or shared with unauthorized third parties.
3.12 Services May Be Delayed or Cancelled: Website and All Source Advertising reserve the right to delay, modify, adjust, or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances or natural disasters like a hurricane, tornado, or any severe weather that may interrupt normal business operations. Website and All Source Advertising reserve the right to cancel services with customer if Website or Company is unable to provide services to customer for any reason. By purchasing a plan from this website it does not automatically guarantee Website and All Source Advertising will provide services to your business. If you purchases services and/or a plan from this Website and we are unable to provide services to your business we will issue you a refund and notify you we are unable to provide services for your business.
4. Permissions and Access:
4.1 Grant of Access: You agree to provide the Website access to your Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Website, servers, and any other relevant platforms required for delivering services. You acknowledge that providing full administrative access to these systems is necessary for the The Company to fulfill its service obligations. Before any work is performed on your website, social media accounts, or server, you are solely responsible for creating and securely storing a full backup of your website and associated data. Business Page Manager, BusinessPageManager.com, The Company, and All Source Advertising owners and employees shall not be liable for any loss of data, content, or functionality resulting from your failure to create a backup prior to our access or changes. You agree to provide The Company and Business Page Manager access to your Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, Website, and any other relevant platforms required for delivering services.
4.2 Editing and Posting: You grant the Website permission to: - Change settings and edit text within your system or profiles. - Create, make, and post content on your behalf across the platforms you have provided access to. You authorize The Website and The Company permission to make changes to your Website, Facebook Page, Instagram Profile, YouTube Channel, Google Business Profile, Social Media Accounts, and Digital Platforms you use to do business without prior approval from you The Customer. These changes can be changes to your online pictures, content, keywords, business classifications, business category, citations, backlinks, and any online platforms you use to promote your business, in order for The Company to optimize your website, social media accounts, and digital platforms in order to help your business Rank Higher on Google Maps and in Search Engine Results. By adding The Company as a Manager or giving The Company Access to your Website, Social Media Accounts, Google Business Profile, and Digital Platforms you use to promote your business, The Customer understands The Company will make daily, weekly, and monthly changes to their Website, Social Media Accounts, Google Business Profile, and Digital Platforms as needed to professionally carry out the services The Customer has hired The Company to provide to them.
4.3 Decision-Making: You acknowledge and agree that systems, personnel, and AI may make decisions on your behalf. AI-generated content may not perfectly align with your brand’s tone, style, or language. You understand and agree that the content, systems, pictures, and words created do not replace your own advertising, marketing, social media posting, internal messaging, corporate culture, branding, voice, or business operations. You remain solely responsible for all aspects of your business and must continue your typical routines. The marketing services provided by the Website are intended to supplement—not replace—your efforts. Content may be strategically written with keyword repetition and structure optimized for digital platforms rather than mirroring your brand voice exactly. You acknowledge and agree that systems, personnel, and AI may make decisions on your behalf. AI-generated content may not perfectly align with your brand’s tone, style, or language.
4.4 Account Discussions: You grant permission for the Website and All Source Advertising, LLC. to communicate and discuss your account details with its representatives, including contractors, employees, or consultants you hire. This includes sharing relevant details to facilitate the delivery of services.
4.5 Acceptance of Additional Agreements: You accept and agree to the Website’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Accessibility Statement. You agree to check for updates to these agreements periodically and acknowledge that they may evolve and change over time with adjustments that impact you.
4.6 Consent to Communication: You consent to be contacted by the Website and All Source Advertising via phone, text message, or email using the contact information you provide. This includes communications regarding your account, service updates, billing, and other relevant matters. You are responsible for ensuring that emails from the Website are not marked as spam and agree to regularly check your email inbox and spam/junk folders for important updates.
5. Additional Fees:
5.1 Transaction Fees: You agree to pay for additional fees that may increase your payment, including but not limited to transaction fees for credit card payments. These fees will be billed accordingly, and you agree to the reprocessing of payments and associated administrative fees if necessary.
5.2 Unique Requests: If you request additional services or items that incur costs, such as stock photos, you agree to be billed for these expenses.
5.3 Third-Party Agreements: You acknowledge that any third-party payment systems used for processing your payment may require you to accept additional agreements. These agreements provide an extra layer of protection for the Website and All Source Advertising and will also govern your payment obligations.
5.4 Live Support and Consultation Fees: The systems and AI used by the Company are intended to perform all task automation associated with your service. Support is offered primarily via email and, when available, chat. If you require a live human to review your account or provide consultation, such sessions are billed at $249 per hour. This includes phone calls, Google Meet, Zoom, or any live consultation intended to provide account reviews, strategic input, or Q&A. Please note that consultation time with computer science experts or staff is not included with your standard service package. As a courtesy, a few email interactions per year are acceptable, but human response time is subject to staffing limitations and is not guaranteed. Do not request free meetings; instead, review your Agreement for included service boundaries. You acknowledge that any third-party payment systems used for processing your payment may require you to accept additional agreements. These agreements provide an extra layer of protection for the Website and will also govern your payment obligations.
6. Agreement Modifications and Decision-Making:
6.1 Non-Traditional Acceptance: You agree that changes to this Agreement or decisions related to your account, including advertising decisions, billing adjustments, or service additions, may be communicated and accepted through non-traditional methods. These methods include but are not limited to phone calls, emails, text messages, sign-ups, or other forms of communication.
6.2 Verbal and Written Agreements: Any changes or decisions made through these methods, such as adding services, changing billing prices, or modifying company details (e.g., name or logo), will be binding and enforceable without requiring a traditional signature.
6.3 Service Evolution Acknowledgement: You acknowledge and agree that over time, technology, platform features, and best practices may evolve. As a result, the original services you signed up for may adapt or appear different in delivery, method, or function. You authorize and consent to the Website evolving its services as deemed necessary by modern standards, technology trends, and management judgment to provide continued and improved service. Any changes or decisions made through these methods, such as adding services, changing billing prices, or modifying company details (e.g., name or logo), will be binding and enforceable without requiring a traditional signature.
7. Copyright Infringement:
7.1 Customer-Provided Images: You are required to provide images as requested. You must provide every picture that is used in advertising. You agree to send in bulk pictures you own the full rights to only. These pictures are used in general advertising, and therefore you are responsible for copyright laws and liability. You agree that pictures made by AI may be used and accept full responsibility for such usage.
7.2 Ownership of Rights: You affirm and agree that you own the necessary rights to every image provided for posting on your social media, website, or advertisements.
7.3 Liability for Copyright Violations: If you provide images for which you do not own the rights, or otherwise violate copyright laws, you agree to: - Be fully held liable for each violation. - Cover all attorney fees, costs, fines, penalties, and settlements arising from such violations. - Indemnify the Website and All Source Advertising, LLC. and it’s staff against all claims and liabilities related to the infringement.
7.4 Website Liability Protection: This Agreement shall serve to clear the Website and All Source Advertising of any wrongdoing in the event of a copyright dispute. You further agree to compensate for any losses, costs, or damages incurred by the Website and All Source Advertising, LLC., including injury recovery.
8. Indemnification and Hold Harmless:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Website, All Source Advertising, LLC., its employees, contractors, partners, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of our services, including but not limited to content disputes, advertising claims, or alleged inaccuracies. This includes full indemnification for any losses, fines, or legal fees incurred by the Website and All Source Advertising.
9. Affiliate and Advertising Revenue Disclosure:
The Website may earn revenue through affiliate relationships and/or advertising displayed on its platform. By using the Website’s services, you acknowledge and accept that the Website and All Source Advertising may financially benefit from such arrangements.
10. Continuity and Transfer of Business:
10.1 Transfer Rights: The Website reserves the right to transfer or reassign this Agreement, including all associated rights and obligations, in the event of a business name change, merger, acquisition, or sale of the business.
10.2 Release of Liability: In the event the Website is sold or transferred to another company, you agree to release the current Website and its owners from all liabilities and obligations under this Agreement. The new owner will assume all rights and responsibilities of the Website under this Agreement. Additionally, you acknowledge that governing law and jurisdiction may change to align with the new entity.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
11.1 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Website operates. In the event of a sale, transfer, or relocation of the Website to a new entity or address, the governing law and jurisdiction may change to align with the new entity.
11.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of the Website’s operations. Any recorded Zoom Meeting, Phone Call, Email Communications, and other Communications between The Company and The Customer may be used to help resolve a dispute, including if a Customer makes a False Fraud Claim disputing services provided to The Customer by Business Page Manager/All Source Advertising.
11.3 Force Majeure: The Website shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, cyber-attacks, governmental actions, or other unforeseen events.
12. Meeting and Call Recording: The Company may record Zoom Meetings, Phone Calls, and other Communications between The Company and The Customer for various purposes including quality assurance, training, documentation, legal compliances, and record keeping purposes. Before recording begins on Zoom, participants will be notified via a disclaimer on Zoom and/or through a verbal announcement. Participants' continued participation in the meeting or call implies consent to being recorded. If you do not agree to be recorded, you may choose not to participate in the meeting or call. You may request to opt-out of the recording by notifying the meeting host or initiating party prior to the start of the recording. Recordings will be stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel at The Company. In the event of a dispute recordings may be shared with The Company's credit card processing company, bank, lawyer, or any professional service or companies used by The Company to help resolve the dispute.
13. Plan Details:
13.1 Rank Higher on Google Maps Plans: The following plan names are for Rank Higher on Google Maps Plans: Business Builder, Professional Plus, Business Growth, Strategic Development, Enterprise Deluxe, and Corporate Innovation. Each Rank Higher on Google Maps Plan is for 1 business location only. If The Customer has multiple business or store locations that have separate Google Business Profiles, and wants to use Business Page Manager services for each separate location, The Customer will have to subscribe to separate Rank Higher on Google Maps Plans for each business location or store location. With Rank Higher on Google Maps Plans, The Company helps businesses Rank Higher on Google Maps and in Search Engine Results. All Plans include a Business Map Audit, SEO Audit, Keyword Research, Map Ranking Report, and posting consistent SEO Content to a business's Google Business Profile in order to help a Business Rank Higher on Google Maps. Strategic Development Plan, Enterprise Deluxe Plan, and Corporate Innovation Plan also include the following services; Respond to Reviews with AI, posting SEO Content to a business's Facebook Page and Instagram Profile, and Videos to their YouTube Channel. Videos posted to Youtube can be a video or a slide show video made from pictures The Customer provides The Company to use.
13.2 SEO Citations Plans: The following plan names are for SEO Citations Plans: Scalable Growth, Business Fundamentals, Gold Standard, Power Plus, Essential Reach, Titanium Pro, and Elite Advantage. Each SEO Citations Plan is for 1 business location only. If The Customer has multiple business locations or store locations with different addresses and wants to order a SEO Citation Plan from this website, The Customer will need to subscribe to a different SEO Citation Plan for each store or location. The number of citations shown on a plan is the total number of citations that will be completed for the plan. The Customer will not get additonal or new citations each billing period instead continued Citation Management Service provide to them from The Company. All SEO Citations Plans include Citation Setup, Citation Management Service, High Authority Citations, add Business to Business Directories, Online Mention of Business on Quality Websites, and Local SEO Citations which help Increase Online Visibility for a business. Elite Advantage Plan and Titanium Pro Plan can help a business drive more traffic to their website and build trust with search engines. By doing so, help a business Rank Higher in Online Searches.
13.3 Social Media Posting Plans: The following plan names are for Social Media Posting Plans: Progressive Growth, Business Accelerator, Rapid Growth, Digitalization Pro, Extreme Advantage, and Visonary Growth. All Social Media Posting Plans include the following services: Social Media Posting Service, Business Keyword Research, High Authority SEO Keywords Posted to Social Media, and Post Made on a Consistent Basis. These services help increase customer engagement. All Social Media Posting Plans are for 1 business or store location only and Excludes "Go Live" on Social Media and is not a Full Service Social Media Management Service. The Customer can continue to post to their Social Media Accounts along with the SEO Content Social Media post that will be made by The Company. If The Customer has multiple locations or store locations with different social media accounts for each different business address, The Customer will need to subscribe to multiple social media posting plans on this website if they want The Company to provide Social Media Posting Services for each different location. Depending on which Social Media Posting Plan The Customer chooses, Business Page Manager and The Company can post content and/or videos to the following Social Media Accounts, Pages, and Profiles: Facebook Page, Instagram, YouTube, X, Linkedin, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, Tumblr, BlueSky, and Threads.
13.4 Backlink Management Plans: The following plan names are for Backlink Management Plans: Business Booster, Performance Advantage, and Supreme Growth. All Backlink Management Plans include the following services: Backlink Management Service, Monitor Link Health, Complete Backlink Audits, Disavow Toxic Harmful Links, and Disavow Spam Links. All Backlink Management Plans do not include the price or agency cost for purchasing or securing each Backlink for the business. The cost for each Backlink will be a separate charge not include in any Backlink Management Plan on this website.
13.5 Photos and Images Plans: The following plan names are for Photos and Images Plans: Business Starter, Silver Standard, and Progress Plus. Photos and Images secured for The Customer will be emailed to The Customer from The Company's email address which is: [email protected]. All Photos and Images Plans include the following services: Selecting Stock Photography, Managing Stock Photography, Image Resourcing, Visual Research, Image Optimization, and emailing The Customer the photos and images. All plans Exclude Premium Photos and Editorial Photos. The License to use any stock photo purchased with this plan will remain in The Company's name and is non-transferable to The Customer. The Company holds the license to use any photo or image in this plan for creative work or marketing design work they do for The Customer. If The Customer wants to use a photo or image for a separate marketing project not handled by The Company, then The Customer must buy the license to use the photo or image directly from the Stock Photo Company they choose to purchase a photo or image from. It is the responsibility of The Customer to notify The Company each billing cycle if they need to order any photos or images covered in their Photos and Images Plan they selected. The Customer will continue to be billed for this service, unless The Customer unsubscribes, regardless if they order any photos or images in any billing cycle. Photo and Images plans include the time and resources The Company has to use to select photos and images for The Customer and provide the services mentioned in each plan. If photos or images are unavailable for The Customer, this service may be stopped or discontinued by The Company.
13.6 Review Management Plans: The following plan names are for Review Management Plans: Core Advantage and Prestige Plus. Each plan is for only 1 Business or Store Location. If The Company has multiple business locations or store locations and wants Review Management Service for each one, they will need to subscribe to a separate Review Management Plan for each different location. The following services are included in both Review Management Plans: Review Management Service, Review Monitoring Service, Review Tracking, Monitor Reviews on 40+ Platforms, and Respond to Reviews with AI. These Review Management Plans can help improve customer trust. All Review Management Plans Exclude Crisis Management for Bad Reviews and PR Crisis. Prestige Plus Plan offers all the services in Core Advantage Plan and Competitor Review Monitoring and Niche Specific Review Monitoring designed to help a business Gain Customer Insights and Rank Higher Online.
13.7 Pay-Per-Click Plans: The following plan names are for Pay-Per-Click Plans: Accerlated Growth, Elevate Plus, and Exceptional Growth. All Pay-Per-Click Plans include the following services: Pay-Per-Click Marketing, Campaign Management, Build Ad Campaigns, Launch Ad Campaigns, Ad Budget Management, Audience Targeting, Keyword Research, Keyword Monitoring, and Performance Tracking. Depending on which plan The Customer chooses, they can choose up to 8, 12, or 15 keywords and up to 1, 2, or 3 business locations and cities to target. All Pay-Per-Click Plans exclude Ad Spend Budget. The Pay-Per-Click Ad budget is not include in any Pay-Per-Click Plans on this website.

These services are designed to Shape Brand Perception and Attract Media Attention for Your Business. This plan Excludes Public Relations Crisis and Excludes Comprehensive Media Outreach. Additional fees will be charged for PR Crisis and/or Comprehensive Media Outreach. Depending on the scope and level of service needed for a PR Crisis and/or Comprehensive Media Outreach, The Company may provide services to The Customer for an additional fee and/or refer The Customer to another agency or organization that specializes in the unique service needed for the PR Crisis at hand or the advance Comprehensive Media Outreach needed.
14. Miscellaneous:

1.4 False Fraud Claims: If services are knowingly ordered and later disputed as fraudulent with your financial institution, this Agreement may be used as evidence. You indemnify the Website and its affiliates against any loss or legal expense from such claims.
1.5 Use of Business Name and Logo: By agreeing to this Service Agreement, you grant the Website and All Source Advertising permission to use your business name and logo in its advertisements. This includes, but is not limited to, displaying your business name and/or logo on BusinessPageManager.com homepage, any other pages of the Website, social media platforms, print advertisements, email blasts, and any All Source Advertising websites or advertising platforms and tools.
1.6 Service Awareness: You acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood the nature of the services provided by the Website before making a purchase. By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you are making an informed decision to engage with the Website’s services.
1.7 Map Ranking Report: The Company will email the Customer a Map Ranking Report approximately every 3 to 4 months at no additional charge to the Customer, as long as the Customer is subscribed and paying for services with Business Page Manager.
2. Billing Cycle and Account Setup and Management:
2.1 Recurring Billing: By agreeing to this Service Agreement, you agree to recurring billing for services provided on a 21-day cycle. The payment will reflect on your bank or credit card statement for each recurring billing period. Payments will continue automatically unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy.
2.2 21-Day Cycle: Billing operates on a 21-day cycle. You are responsible for ensuring timely payment within this period to avoid service interruptions. Late or missed payments may result in the suspension or termination of your services.
2.3 Refunds: Refunds are only available if you notify the Website through the contact form at http://businesspagemanager.com/contact or in writing at [email protected] before services are rendered. Refunds will not be issued for services already delivered.
2.4 Cancellation Policy: To stop being billed for the next cycle, you must contact us through the contact form at http://businesspagemanager.com/contact or via email at [email protected] before the start of the next 21-day cycle. Failure to provide timely notice will result in continued billing.

2.6 Account Setup and Management: Once Customer subscribes to a plan the initial account setup will be done by All Source Advertising in 10 to 15 business days. It is the responsibility of the Customer to provide any information needed by The Company to complete the setup, in a timely manner to ensure there are no delays in setting up their new account. To assist The Company with setting up the Customer's account, the Customer must email The Company the following information about their business: Business Legal Name, Business Main Address, Business Main Phone Number, Business Contact Email Address, the Names, Phone Numbers, and Emails of any Business Owners and/or Managers who will be responsible for their Google Maps, Google Business Profile, Business Websites, Business Social Media Accounts, and assisting with their account with All Source Advertising. The Customer can email this information to Business Page Manager/All Source Advertising, LLC. by email The Company at this email address: [email protected]. At any time while subscribed to Business Page Manager services, the Customer can email The Company to notify All Source Advertising of any changes to their account, including adding or removing any person at their business who is responsible for helping manage their account with All Source Advertising. To notify All Source Advertising of any changes to their account the Customer can email The Company at this email address: [email protected].
2.7 Account Setup Fee: Upon subscribing to a plan each new account is charged a one-time account setup fee of $99.00 that will reflect on their first subscription payment. For Example if a customer chooses the Business Builder Plan subscription amount of $399.00 rebilling every 21 days, on the first payment for the subscription plan customer will pay $399.00 plus the one-time account setup fee of $99.00 which would total $498.00 for the first payment. Then each subscription payment after would be the agreed upon plan price of $399.00.
3. Liabilities and Limitations:
3.1 Service Provider: The Website acts solely as a service provider and is not liable for any content posted, including guest posts, third-party posts, AI-generated content, contractor work, or advertisements.
3.2 Third-Party Tools and Software: The Website utilizes third-party tools, software, and artificial intelligence (AI) systems to deliver services. While these tools perform critical functions, the Website does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or performance of third-party systems.
3.3 Customer Acknowledgement: By using the Website’s services, you acknowledge that third-party systems, including AI tools, may be employed to create, edit, or optimize content. It is the sole responsibility of each client to understand and know any State, Federal, or Local Laws or Restrictions when it comes to their business advertising. For example if any business, doctor’s office, or smoke shop is required by law to put a disclaimer in their ad, when they advertise, or post content online or avoid using certain words or phrases in their advertisements, it is the sole responsibility for the Customer to inform The Company of any disclaimers they want added to their marketing ads or post, or any words, pictures, or phrases they want The Company to remove or not use. Customers should consult a Business Lawyer for advice on any disclaimers they need to add to their marketing materials, words or phrases they cannot use, or product or logo limitations or restrictions. If Customer fails to inform The Company of any marketing restrictions for their business and at a later date it is determined The Company is unable to provide services to the Customer due to marketing restrictions, the company will discontinue all future services for the customer and no refund will be issued for any previous work already done by The Company.
3.8 Third-Party Accounts: The Website does not manage, fix, or engage in the mediation of issues related to Google, Facebook, Instagram, servers, vendors, or any third-party service/platform suspensions, cancellations, account standings, or other issues. The Website and All Source Advertising, LLC., shall not be held liable for any loss of accounts. The Website does not create accounts for you. You must have an active account in good standing to receive services. You are responsible for successfully adding the Website as a full administrator and connecting the necessary systems; otherwise, services cannot be delivered. You are responsible to verify your Google Business Profile account, which may require completing a verification process such as taking a video or providing other forms of proof directly to Google. This verification is solely your responsibility, as the Website does not and cannot perform verification on your behalf. If your account becomes suspended or remains unverified, you are still bound by this Agreement and remain liable for payment for services. The Website does not manage, fix, or engage in the mediation of issues related to Google, Facebook, Instagram, servers, vendors, or any third-party service/platform suspensions, cancellations, account standings, or other issues. The Website shall not be held liable for any loss of accounts. The Website does not create accounts for you. You must have an active account in good standing to receive services. You are responsible for successfully adding the Website as a full administrator and connecting the necessary systems; otherwise, services cannot be delivered.
3.9 Termination Rights: The Website reserves the right to terminate your services without notice if you breach this Agreement, violate applicable laws, or engage in behavior deemed harmful to the Website or its affiliates. Refunds will not be issued for terminated accounts.

If you purchases services and/or a plan from this Website and we are unable to provide services to your business we will issue you a refund and notify you we are unable to provide services for your business.
4. Permissions and Access:
4.1 Grant of Access: You agree to provide the Website access to your Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Website, servers, and any other relevant platforms required for delivering services. You acknowledge that providing full administrative access to these systems is necessary for the The Company to fulfill its service obligations. Before any work is performed on your website, social media accounts, or server, you are solely responsible for creating and securely storing a full backup of your website and associated data. Business Page Manager, BusinessPageManager.com, The Company, and All Source Advertising owners and employees shall not be liable for any loss of data, content, or functionality resulting from your failure to create a backup prior to our access or changes. You agree to provide The Company and Business Page Manager access to your Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, Website, and any other relevant platforms required for delivering services.
4.2 Editing and Posting: You grant the Website permission to: - Change settings and edit text within your system or profiles. - Create, make, and post content on your behalf across the platforms you have provided access to. You authorize The Website and The Company permission to make changes to your Website, Facebook Page, Instagram Profile, YouTube Channel, Google Business Profile, Social Media Accounts, and Digital Platforms you use to do business without prior approval from you The Customer. These changes can be changes to your online pictures, content, keywords, business classifications, business category, citations, backlinks, and any online platforms you use to promote your business, in order for The Company to optimize your website, social media accounts, and digital platforms in order to help your business Rank Higher on Google Maps and in Search Engine Results. By adding The Company as a Manager or giving The Company Access to your Website, Social Media Accounts, Google Business Profile, and Digital Platforms you use to promote your business, The Customer understands The Company will make daily, weekly, and monthly changes to their Website, Social Media Accounts, Google Business Profile, and Digital Platforms as needed to professionally carry out the services The Customer has hired The Company to provide to them.
4.3 Decision-Making: You acknowledge and agree that systems, personnel, and AI may make decisions on your behalf. AI-generated content may not perfectly align with your brand’s tone, style, or language. You understand and agree that the content, systems, pictures, and words created do not replace your own advertising, marketing, social media posting, internal messaging, corporate culture, branding, voice, or business operations. You remain solely responsible for all aspects of your business and must continue your typical routines. The marketing services provided by the Website are intended to supplement—not replace—your efforts. Content may be strategically written with keyword repetition and structure optimized for digital platforms rather than mirroring your brand voice exactly. You acknowledge and agree that systems, personnel, and AI may make decisions on your behalf. AI-generated content may not perfectly align with your brand’s tone, style, or language.
4.4 Account Discussions: You grant permission for the Website and All Source Advertising, LLC. to communicate and discuss your account details with its representatives, including contractors, employees, or consultants you hire. This includes sharing relevant details to facilitate the delivery of services.
4.5 Acceptance of Additional Agreements: You accept and agree to the Website’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Accessibility Statement. You agree to check for updates to these agreements periodically and acknowledge that they may evolve and change over time with adjustments that impact you.

5.3 Third-Party Agreements: You acknowledge that any third-party payment systems used for processing your payment may require you to accept additional agreements. 5.4 Live Support and Consultation Fees: The systems and AI used by the Company are intended to perform all task automation associated with your service. Support is offered primarily via email and, when available, chat. If you require a live human to review your account or provide consultation, such sessions are billed at $249 per hour. This includes phone calls, Google Meet, Zoom, or any live consultation intended to provide account reviews, strategic input, or Q&A. Please note that consultation time with computer science experts or staff is not included with your standard service package. As a courtesy, a few email interactions per year are acceptable, but human response time is subject to staffing limitations and is not guaranteed. Do not request free meetings; instead, review your Agreement for included service boundaries. You acknowledge that any third-party payment systems used for processing your payment may require you to accept additional agreements. These agreements provide an extra layer of protection for the Website and will also govern your payment obligations.
6. Agreement Modifications and Decision-Making:
6.1 Non-Traditional Acceptance: You agree that changes to this Agreement or decisions related to your account, including advertising decisions, billing adjustments, or service additions, may be communicated and accepted through non-traditional methods. These methods include but are not limited to phone calls, emails, text messages, sign-ups, or other forms of communication.
6.2 Verbal and Written Agreements: Any changes or decisions made through these methods, such as adding services, changing billing prices, or modifying company details (e.g., name or logo), will be binding and enforceable without requiring a traditional signature.
6.3 Service Evolution Acknowledgement: You acknowledge and agree that over time, technology, platform features, and best practices may evolve. As a result, the original services you signed up for may adapt or appear different in delivery, method, or function. You authorize and consent to the Website evolving its services as deemed necessary by modern standards, technology trends, and management judgment to provide continued and improved service. Any changes or decisions made through these methods, such as adding services, changing billing prices, or modifying company details (e.g., name or logo), will be binding and enforceable without requiring a traditional signature.
7. Copyright Infringement:
7.1 Customer-Provided Images: You are required to provide images as requested. You must provide every picture that is used in advertising. You agree to send in bulk pictures you own the full rights to only. These pictures are used in general advertising, and therefore you are responsible for copyright laws and liability. You agree that pictures made by AI may be used and accept full responsibility for such usage.
7.2 Ownership of Rights: You affirm and agree that you own the necessary rights to every image provided for posting on your social media, website, or advertisements.
7.3 Liability for Copyright Violations: If you provide images for which you do not own the rights, or otherwise violate copyright laws, you agree to: - Be fully held liable for each violation. - Cover all attorney fees, costs, fines, penalties, and settlements arising from such violations. - Indemnify the Website and All Source Advertising, LLC. and it’s staff against all claims and liabilities related to the infringement.
7.4 Website Liability Protection: This Agreement shall serve to clear the Website and All Source Advertising of any wrongdoing in the event of a copyright dispute. You further agree to compensate for any losses, costs, or damages incurred by the Website and All Source Advertising, LLC., including injury recovery.
8. Indemnification and Hold Harmless:

11.3 Force Majeure: The Website shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, cyber-attacks, governmental actions, or other unforeseen events.
12. Meeting and Call Recording: The Company may record Zoom Meetings, Phone Calls, and other Communications between The Company and The Customer for various purposes including quality assurance, training, documentation, legal compliances, and record keeping purposes. Before recording begins on Zoom, participants will be notified via a disclaimer on Zoom and/or through a verbal announcement. Participants' continued participation in the meeting or call implies consent to being recorded. If you do not agree to be recorded, you may choose not to participate in the meeting or call. You may request to opt-out of the recording by notifying the meeting host or initiating party prior to the start of the recording. Recordings will be stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel at The Company. In the event of a dispute recordings may be shared with The Company's credit card processing company, bank, lawyer, or any professional service or companies used by The Company to help resolve the dispute.

Each Rank Higher on Google Maps Plan is for 1 business location only. If The Customer has multiple business or store locations that have separate Google Business Profiles, and wants to use Business Page Manager services for each separate location, The Customer will have to subscribe to separate Rank Higher on Google Maps Plans for each business location or store location. With Rank Higher on Google Maps Plans, The Company helps businesses Rank Higher on Google Maps and in Search Engine Results. All Plans include a Business Map Audit, SEO Audit, Keyword Research, Map Ranking Report, and posting consistent SEO Content to a business's Google Business Profile in order to help a Business Rank Higher on Google Maps. Strategic Development Plan, Enterprise Deluxe Plan, and Corporate Innovation Plan also include the following services; Respond to Reviews with AI, posting SEO Content to a business's Facebook Page and Instagram Profile, and Videos to their YouTube Channel. Videos posted to Youtube can be a video or a slide show video made from pictures The Customer provides The Company to use.
13.2 SEO Citations Plans: The following plan names are for SEO Citations Plans: Scalable Growth, Business Fundamentals, Gold Standard, Power Plus, Essential Reach, Titanium Pro, and Elite Advantage. Each SEO Citations Plan is for 1 business location only. If The Customer has multiple business locations or store locations with different addresses and wants to order a SEO Citation Plan from this website, The Customer will need to subscribe to a different SEO Citation Plan for each store or location. The number of citations shown on a plan is the total number of citations that will be completed for the plan. The Customer will not get additonal or new citations each billing period instead continued Citation Management Service provide to them from The Company. All SEO Citations Plans include Citation Setup, Citation Management Service, High Authority Citations, add Business to Business Directories, Online Mention of Business on Quality Websites, and Local SEO Citations which help Increase Online Visibility for a business. Elite Advantage Plan and Titanium Pro Plan can help a business drive more traffic to their website and build trust with search engines. By doing so, help a business Rank Higher in Online Searches.

Depending on which Social Media Posting Plan The Customer chooses, Business Page Manager and The Company can post content and/or videos to the following Social Media Accounts, Pages, and Profiles: Facebook Page, Instagram, YouTube, X, Linkedin, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, Tumblr, BlueSky, and Threads.
13.4 Backlink Management Plans: The following plan names are for Backlink Management Plans: Business Booster, Performance Advantage, and Supreme Growth. All Backlink Management Plans include the following services: Backlink Management Service, Monitor Link Health, Complete Backlink Audits, Disavow Toxic Harmful Links, and Disavow Spam Links. The Company holds the license to use any photo or image in this plan for creative work or marketing design work they do for The Customer. If The Customer wants to use a photo or image for a separate marketing project not handled by The Company, then The Customer must buy the license to use the photo or image directly from the Stock Photo Company they choose to purchase a photo or image from. It is the responsibility of The Customer to notify The Company each billing cycle if they need to order any photos or images covered in their Photos and Images Plan they selected. The Customer will continue to be billed for this service, unless The Customer unsubscribes, regardless if they order any photos or images in any billing cycle. Photo and Images plans include the time and resources The Company has to use to select photos and images for The Customer and provide the services mentioned in each plan. If photos or images are unavailable for The Customer, this service may be stopped or discontinued by The Company.

If The Company has multiple business locations or store locations and wants Review Management Service for each one, they will need to subscribe to a separate Review Management Plan for each different location.
